SAPDB General

Sometimes i got asked for this :

- An odbc example for sapdb in C
- without need of SAPs Precompiler (CPC)

- Compiles on Unix (FreeBSD should work to with the libs from build 421+)
- a windows (backport) should not be too hard, because we (nearly) use the native M$-ODBC.
